Clear Expectations Built on Trust
Our Commitment
Providing building-science-based diagnostics, honest recommendations, and in-house installation services designed to improve comfort, efficiency, and overall home performance. All services are performed directly by our team. We are BPI-certified Building Analyst Technicians and utilize industry-calibrated equipment in accordance with BPI-1200 industry standards.
Project Guidelines
We believe good work starts with clear expectations. These guidelines explain how we work, what you can expect from us, and what we need from you to deliver thoughtful, responsible results. Nothing here is meant to be complicated or buried in fine print.
Our approach is grounded in careful evaluation, thoughtful execution, and clear communication — so every decision, action, and outcome is based on understanding, not assumptions.
Your Role
To do our best work, we rely on accurate information and access. We ask that you:
- Provide truthful details about your home and energy usage
- Allow safe access to all relevant areas of the home during scheduled visits
- Share known comfort concerns, past issues, or conditions that may affect testing or service
This information helps us align our work with your goals and avoid unnecessary guesswork.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. If plans change, please notify us as early as possible so we can adjust our schedule accordingly. Missed or last-minute cancellations may limit future scheduling availability.
Estimates & Recommendations
Any estimates, savings projections, or performance expectations are based on the conditions observed and the information available at the time of evaluation. Homes are dynamic systems, and actual outcomes may vary depending on usage patterns, maintenance, and changes made after our visit.
Our recommendations are intended to guide informed decision-making — not to serve as guarantees.
Reports & Findings
Our audit reports and presentations are developed through a customized diagnostic process and reflect the specific conditions observed during the evaluation of your home. Findings are derived from calibrated testing, on-site analysis, and established evaluation frameworks designed to support informed homeowner decision-making.
Because results are site-specific and interpretive, they are most meaningful when reviewed within the context of the original assessment and the conditions present at the time of testing. The information provided is intended to guide planning and understanding for the evaluated property and may not translate accurately to other homes, systems, or future conditions.
Reports are prepared to support homeowner decisions related to this project and should be interpreted only within the scope and context for which they were created.
Payments & Fees
Fees for services are clearly communicated before work begins, and payment is due as outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Some services may require payment in advance.
Eligible utility customers may authorize the utility’s incentivized audit portion to be applied directly toward audit costs using a third-party authorization form. When used, the client is responsible only for any amount above the utility’s incentivized fee.
Safety & Respect
We treat every home with care and respect and ask the same in return. Unsafe conditions, restricted access, or aggressive behavior may require us to pause or discontinue services to protect everyone involved.
Privacy & Data Use
Any information you share with us — including utility data, photos, testing results, and reports — is used solely to evaluate and improve your home’s performance. We do not sell or misuse client information.
A Note on Outcomes
Our role is to evaluate, guide, and perform work responsibly. Decisions to move forward with upgrades are always yours. While we provide insight and direction, outcomes can vary based on conditions beyond our control.
Questions
If something here isn’t clear, just ask. We value open communication and are happy to walk through any part of this process.
The Bottom Line
Our intent is to provide homeowners with clear insight, responsible work, and guidance they can rely on. This allows decisions to be made with confidence, knowing the process is thoughtful, measured, and rooted in understanding.
Each step is informed, intentional, and carried through with care

Our approach is grounded in careful evaluation, thoughtful execution, and clear communication — so every decision, action, and outcome is based on understanding, not guesswork. From first contact through completion, we focus on doing the work responsibly and helping homeowners move forward with confidence.
